About The Position

The Desktop Support - Summer Intern Program is designed to provide hands-on experience in IT support and management. Interns will be involved in various tasks including building, configuring, and deploying laptops, imaging IT equipment, and shipping equipment to satellite sites. The role also includes providing IT support for interns, conducting IT training and orientation, and assisting with login and day 1 support. Interns will gain experience in managing IT hardware assets and tracking equipment and deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience with Windows
• Experience with O365
• Experience with Cisco Phones
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deploy laptops
• Image IT equipment
• Ship equipment to satellite sites
• Provide IT support for interns

• Ensure time management to meet deliverables
