You'll provide critical Level 1 & 2 support for desktop and laptop issues, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced trading environment. With your strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude, you'll manage Windows OS, troubleshoot DNS/DHCP, and support Microsoft Office 365 packages. Be part of a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality support and continuous improvement.
