About The Position
Ibotta is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to be an integral part of our team and contribute to our mission of turning every purchase into a rewarding experience. This role will be responsible for supporting and caring for our IT infrastructure. Your role involves supporting, troubleshooting, and overseeing our Windows and macOS environments and offering end user support to our SaaS platforms, ensuring smooth operations and a stable technological infrastructure. We seek a passionate and collaborative individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a significant impact as part of our team. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, organizational skills, and a customer-service mindset, as you will be essential in creating a smooth and productive work environment for our in-office employees. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
