About The Position

As a Desktop Support Specialist at North, you will be responsible for managing and supporting various operating systems including ChromeOS, Windows, MacOS, and Linux. Your role will involve software implementations, hardware ordering, and configuration, ensuring that all systems adhere to organizational values and guidelines. You will administer platforms such as Google Workspace, NinjaOne, and JAMF to manage hardware and software deployments. Additionally, you will work closely with System Engineers to maintain reliable and secure systems environments, provide end-user support for phone systems, and manage daily support ticket queues to meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Your critical thinking and troubleshooting skills will be essential in resolving IT support incidents effectively. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining documentation related to support, design, and architecture, along with other duties as assigned.
