About The Position

The Desktop Support Specialist position at Marion Health is responsible for providing technical support and assistance within the Information Systems Department. Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field with at least one year of IT support experience, or a High school diploma with three years of IT support experience.
  • Valid MCSA certification preferred.
  • Experience in software troubleshooting and desktop support.

  • Microsoft Specialist, MTA or MCSA certification
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Vendor-specific technician certifications
  • Experience in a healthcare IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
