About The Position
In this role, you will provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC) Break Fix and end user support activities as required. You will stage, build, and image systems with the standard client image (aka eCore) and complete special projects as requested by the customer. Additionally, you will provide technical training to more junior employees and perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery. Where required, you will provide support for the Manufacturing Shop Floor handhelds, laptops, and scanner devices. This is an onsite position requiring X days a week in a client or Cognizant office in city, state.
