About The Position

Requirements

  • General understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with critical thinking to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 applications and Windows 10 OS.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant Technical Certifications (Microsoft, A+, HDI preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in Information Technology solutions and services.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues related to end-user computers.
  • Resolve network connectivity, application, hardware, audio-visual, and telephony equipment problems.
  • Adapt quickly to various situations faced by end users in a fast-paced environment.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware in an enterprise setting.
  • Understand and work within the Active Directory environment.
  • Follow processes to deliver high-quality work with minimal disruptions.
  • Maintain password security, data integrity, and file system security using Bitlocker.
  • Document trouble tickets from inception to closure in an Enterprise Incident Management System like Service Now.
  • Gain experience with Microsoft's System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
