About The Position
The Desktop Support IMACD Technician is responsible for providing technical support for desktop and laptop computers, including installations, moves, adds, changes, and decommissions (IMACD). This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a safe and secure computing environment. The technician will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain inventory, and create documentation for procedures.
