Requirements

• Associates or better in Technology Management Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer assistance, documentation, problem resolution, and escalation.
• Responsible for system monitoring, workload processing, and report distribution.
• Provide first and second level desktop dispatch assistance for applications, desktop and peripheral support for the Hospital's computing environment.
• Understand and enforce all data security and physical security standards.
• Responsible for upgrading computer hardware and software within the hospital environment.
• Records, tracks and documents all work within the Information Services ticketing system.
• Escalates issues to Information Services leadership as appropriate.
