The EUC Support Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site desktop incident resolution for cast members at various locations including parks, resorts, and Disney buildings. This role involves offering break/fix support for Disney-owned devices, peripherals, and installed software, while ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met. The engineer will also liaise with the EUC Request Fulfillment team to carry out daily installations for hardware that is being refreshed, reimaged, or upgraded. Additional responsibilities include wiping devices returned from the field, installing and configuring requested software, managing service level tickets, and providing post-validation support for cast members after they receive new hardware. The role requires the ability to lift, carry, and transport computer equipment.
