The position requires advanced knowledge in infrastructure projects, operations systems, and data analytics. The candidate should have knowledge of imaging PCs, vendor management, commissioning and decommissioning of assets, and installations, moves, adds, changes (IMAC). Basic knowledge of installing software via SCCM/MECM and providing end-user support for various types of equipment is also part of the role. Responsibilities include assigning security groups in Active Directory for new/existing users, creating/managing email distribution lists, and handling onboarding/offboarding requests in AD.
