The candidate will assist with troubleshooting issues using remote management software such as LogMeIn and TeamViewer, and will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing computer error messages and failures. Proficiency in technologies like Microsoft Office 365, VPN, Virtual Machines, and knowledge of network, printers, remote connectivity products, and security is essential. The role also involves understanding mobile device management, enrolling iOS and Android devices, and troubleshooting enrollment issues. The candidate should have a good understanding of technology offerings and businesses supported, with the ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and deliver strategic solutions to clients. Continuous feedback, learning, and growth opportunities are encouraged, along with effective collaboration and communication to achieve common goals and maintain a standard of excellence. Knowledge of Windows/MAC OS for root cause analysis, escalation of issues to next level support, and creating technical knowledge base articles is required. Strong analytical and problem resolution skills are necessary, along with proficiency in ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Remedy. The candidate should also have knowledge of imaging PCs, vendor management, commissioning and decommissioning of assets, and installations, moves, adds, changes (IMAC). Basic knowledge of installing software via SCCM/MECM and providing end-user support for various types of equipment is also required.
