About The Position
The position requires a strong understanding of System Deployment and Systems Management, particularly with tools such as JAMF, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Auto Pilot. The candidate will be responsible for managing Apple devices and deploying Windows operating systems, specifically Windows 10 and Windows 11. Familiarity with Rescue LogMeIn, ServiceNow, and Zoom is also necessary. Experience with Microsoft SCCM is preferred, as it will be a key tool in the role.
