About The Position

o General Maintenance and necessary troubleshooting for conference rooms in multiple sites  Logitech Sync, Lenovo ThinkSmart Manager – 10 hrs/month o Hardware Management, troubleshooting of developer/enterprise grade hardware, and inventory management  Lenovo, HP, Custom white boxes, Reftab o Technical documentation for various processes o Creation, configuration, deletion and overall management of full time and contractor user accounts
