About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide appropriate endpoint solutions that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and security of endpoint systems including Windows, iOS, Android, identifying and addressing any vulnerabilities or bottlenecks.
  • Provide efficient endpoint technology solutions, leveraging Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace One (MDM) and other cloud platforms addressing technical issues promptly.
  • Manage installation and maintenance of hardware and software components with a focus on on-premises and Azure AD infrastructure.
  • Assist in the setup and support of hand-held devices used within the organization.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint management tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
  • Participate in multi team rotations as required and work in a group or individual setting as required.
