This job will be based in our manufacturing facility in Norwood, MA. There will be occasional travel to Needham, MA, and Norton, MA. The Desktop Support Analyst I will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and resolving technical PC, server, and network-related issues. The Desktop Support Analyst I will also analyze technical complexities and network issues to provide a resolution. The incumbent will interview users thoroughly for details and accurately record user problems and requests into a specialized Help Desk ticketing system. Responsibilities also include determining prioritization of incident action items; follow-up activities to ensure that problems are adequately logged and their resolutions documented; installing, upgrading, and configuring workstations; and implementing new or updated commercial product portfolios.
