The position involves understanding and demonstrating the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in daily practices. The role includes configuring and installing software on users' desktop and laptop computers, installing new hardware, and providing Tier 2 support for moderately complex issues. The individual will also consult with users on end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software, participate in project activities, document solutions, assist with software roll-outs, and troubleshoot network problems. The role requires participation in on-call support rotation and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
