DYOPATH is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst I - a hands-on professional who can monitor, maintain, and support desktop and laptop systems on-site while effectively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. In this role, you’ll support the hardware and software systems tied to every endpoint in our client domain. This includes resolving desktop issues, troubleshooting account access problems, and assisting with company software. You’ll also collaborate across departments, fostering strategic communication and contributing to long-term, sustainable growth.
