Position Description: Deliver Desktop Services to NBME staff working in the office and remotely, including: Participate in responding to customer requests for assistance by troubleshooting computer hardware/software issues (break/fix), fulfilling requests for software as well as testing/implementing changes to desktop hardware and software. Provide technical support for visiting committees and NBME staff. Provide technical and administrative support for the Desktop Services team, such as documentation, technology upgrades and managing service ticket queues. Perform daily operational tasks for desktop technologies such as laptop/desktop imaging and software installations using SCCM/In Tune. Participate in defining and completing tasks in service improvement plans, including collecting and analyzing service data. Assist in department moves and setting up new employee's computers. Re-install desktop equipment as staff return to the office. This position requires onsite work at NBME at 3750 Market Street daily. While other positions at NBME may be remote, Desktop Analyst is an onsite position.
