The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA is looking for a Desktop & IT Support Engineer to join our Denver/hybrid team. The Desktop & IT Support Engineer is a hybrid role responsible for both end-user support and technical engineering of the desktop environment. This individual will provide direct IT support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain system performance across devices. In parallel, they will develop and manage desktop images, automate deployment processes, support endpoint security, and standardize device configurations across the organization. The role is hands-on, customer-focused, and plays a key part in ensuring the stability, usability, and security of all end-user technology.
