This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in contributing to our team as a Desktop Engineering Associate Co-Op within State Street's Global Technology Services organization. Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients.   • Work with Citrix / VDI environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance virtual desktop infrastructure for end users.
  • Engage in RightFax Engineering initiatives, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with enterprise messaging systems.
  • Support Windows Endpoint Engineering efforts, including OS image creation, patching, and security hardening aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Learn device management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM), ensuring compliance, inventory accuracy, and seamless user experience across endpoints.
  • Maintain and enhance Dell Wyse thin client infrastructure, including firmware updates, profile management, and connectivity to VDI platforms.
  • Provide support for the End User Environment, resolving technical issues, helping with root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement long-term solutions.
  • Participate in design and code reviews for automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code deployments related to endpoint and VDI management.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint and VDI solutions meet compliance and security standards.
  • Document engineering processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
  • Final-year undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization.
