Available Shift: 1st shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday Full-Time Summer 2026 Internship Competitive Weekly Pay Period Join Our Team as a Desktop and Network Support Intern! Working in Information Technology's Endpoint Support Services group requires working in a high-performance, global support team. Endpoint Support Services supports S&C's PC installation base of 3,000+ systems worldwide. The desired technical knowledge includes PC hardware, operating systems, application software support, and networking/telecommunications.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and good standing.
  • Experience in a technical support role involving client technology, including but not limited to: Windows 7, 10 and 11, Microsoft Office 365, Dell and HP desktops, tablets, and laptops, Kyocera printers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in all written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player and a self-starter with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and prioritize requests for technical support or assistance.
  • Identify and analyze support issues, determining cause, resolution, and potential trends.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations regarding the most effective use of technology.
  • Facilitate relationships with external organizations regarding technical issues and software functionality.
  • Prepare/maintain procedural, educational, or related documentation/communications.
  • Follow established standard work and best practices; define new standard work as appropriate.
  • Install or assist in installing and maintaining technical equipment and software.
  • Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.
