About The Position
The Desktop Administrator at Infosys is responsible for the support and management of all desktop assets, including end-user technology, voice equipment, mobile phones, and desktop peripherals. This role involves handling IMAC requests, serving as the primary contact for IT move requests, and acting as an escalation point for L1 engineers. The position requires building, configuring, installing, moving, repairing, and managing inventory of end-user assets, while ensuring high levels of customer service and continuous improvement in IT processes.
