About The Position

The Desktop Administrator is responsible for the full lifecycle management, security posture, and operational reliability of all end-user endpoints across the organization. This role owns provisioning, imaging, configuration, inventory accuracy, patching, and endpoint compliance for physical desktops and laptops, thin clients, and zero clients. The position partners closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service desk teams to ensure endpoints are secure, standardized, and support clinical and business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, or 3+ years of equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise endpoints and endpoint management systems.
• Strong experience with Windows operating systems, imaging, patching, and endpoint configuration.
• Experience with MDM platforms (Workspace ONE preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate documentation and asset records.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process consistency.
