About The Position

Requirements

• A minimum of an Associate's degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One to two (1-2) years of related experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with general office equipment and materials.
• Intermediate level computer skills.
• Entry level decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to write detailed correspondence and journal task progress.
• Ability to effectively present information verbally in one-on-one and small group situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage low to medium complexity tasks and provide timely feedback to customers on status.
• Support issue escalation and resolution.
• Follow Global IT policies and standards.
• Ensure effective lifecycle management of computing devices and related software inventory tracking.
• Awareness of established change management policies to test and implement system updates and modifications.
• Use lean concepts to drive improvement in processes and solutions within span of control.
