Good understanding and knowledge of: Windows 11 MS Office 365 with expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint MS Outlook Laptop Support Networking (Networking is all networking, including home setup, mobile wireless and basic commercial.) Mobile device support (The majority of mobile device support would be on the iPhone but familiarity with all forms would be helpful.)
