As a Deskside Support Technician, you’ll provide hands-on, customer-facing IT support in a healthcare setting: Resolve incidents and service requests (software break/fix) Perform IMAC work (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) Support PC refreshes and hardware upgrades Troubleshoot and support peripherals, including: Paper and ID scanners Barcode scanners Credit card readers Label printers Signature pads Dragon dictation microphones RFID readers Provide support at Tech Walk-Up Bars Document work and updates in ServiceNow Use remote support tools (e.g., LogMeIn) when applicable
