Requirements

  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Macintosh OS.
  • Experience with Intune and SCCM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide deskside support to end-users in a corporate environment.
  • Resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Utilize remote access tools and techniques for support.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Provide Level 2 onsite or remote support for complex customer issues.
  • Lead deployment of software releases, system upgrades, and patches on end-user devices.
  • Manage procurement and asset management of end-user devices.
  • Assist with customer relocations and departmental infrastructure build-out.
  • Analyze symptoms to accurately identify and resolve issues.
  • Uninstall/reinstall software applications and verify hardware/software setups.
  • Perform onsite installations or replacements of hardware components and software repairs.
  • Conduct diagnostic testing and utilize remote control tools for user assistance.
