Location: New York, NY Overview Corient is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Deskside Support Engineer. This role is responsible for supporting a wide range of IT-related issues, including laptops, networks, telecom, video conferencing, printing, mobility, and infrastructure problems. The Deskside Support Engineer will diagnose, resolve, and respond to IT incidents, requests, and tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position involves providing end-user support and installing/maintaining computer hardware and software using both hands-on and remote capabilities to ensure efficient and successful operations of Corient’s corporate business, while adhering to all IT and security standards and practices. The Deskside Support Engineer will collaborate closely with other IT groups, business departments, and external entities.
