Desk Operations Specialists (formerly known as Clinical Assistants) work with physicians and other health care professionals to anticipate and respond directly to patient needs and the requests of the health care team. You will be responsible for coordinating the details of the patient's visit by: Serving as a direct contact and resource to the patient Preparing the patient for their appointment by performing check-in procedures and rooming for providers Collecting patient vitals and completing pre-examination record information Scheduling follow-up appointments Managing the flow of patient material Communicating scheduling delays or changes Assist with wayfinding Performing additional direct patient care duties as needed Position is 100% on-site. Desk Operations has various Desk Operations Specialist positions available in multiple locations, schedules and shifts are dependent upon position availability at any given time.
