About The Position
Powder Keg Harley-Davidson is looking for a highly organized and dependable Desk Assistant to support our dealership operations! If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy supporting both sales and accounting teams, this is the opportunity for you! This position plays a vital role in ensuring deals are processed accurately, inventory and title records are maintained, and both internal teams and customers receive timely and efficient service. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a dealership or similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using dealership systems and standard office software
- Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
Responsibilities
- Review sales deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and required signatures
- Submit funding packages and ensure follow-up for timely processing
- Register warranties and apply applicable rebates, incentives, and bonuses
- Keep the sales desk fully stocked with required forms and documents
- Process and manage titles through the WebDealer system
- Track and manage dealership inventory and title documentation
- Notify customers when license plates are available or mailed
- Monitor and track lien payoffs to ensure proper documentation and follow-through
- Coordinate with both sales and accounting departments to support operational needs
- Assist with other clerical or administrative tasks as needed
