About The Position

RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for a highly organized and dependable Desk Assistant to support our dealership operations! If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy supporting both sales and accounting teams, this is the opportunity for you! This position plays a vital role in ensuring deals are processed accurately, inventory and title records are maintained, and both internal teams and customers receive timely and efficient service. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a dealership or similar administrative role
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using dealership systems and standard office software
• Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station

Responsibilities

• Review sales deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and required signatures
• Submit funding packages and ensure follow-up for timely processing
• Register warranties and apply applicable rebates, incentives, and bonuses
• Keep the sales desk fully stocked with required forms and documents
• Process and manage titles through the WebDealer system
• Track and manage dealership inventory and title documentation
• Notify customers when license plates are available or mailed
• Monitor and track lien payoffs to ensure proper documentation and follow-through
• Coordinate with both sales and accounting departments to support operational needs
• Assist with other clerical or administrative tasks as needed
