About The Position
The General, a subsidiary of Sentry Insurance, is currently seeking a Desk Adjustor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for investigating and managing property and casualty claims. Key responsibilities include determining liability, gathering critical information, reviewing policy coverage, coordinating appraisals, and negotiation of fair claim settlements. This role can be filled out of the following offices following the hybrid work model: Goldsboro, NC; Tampa, FL; Stevens Point, WI; Madison, WI; Davenport, IA; or El Paso, TX.
