WestEd is seeking experienced and equity-driven Desired Results Developmental Profile (DRDP) trainers to conduct all DRDP trainings virtually and/or in person for early childhood staff/providers across the country. The training must be delivered with fidelity according to the standards presented and agreed to in the DRDP Certified Trainer's Institute. The trainer may also provide webinars via Zoom and/or participate in the development and updating of DRDP-related job aids. The Early Childhood Integrated Systems and Policies content area addresses systems and policies for children age birth to eight and their families, building the capacity of state-level or large-scale mixed-delivery early childhood systems through cross-sector, integrated service delivery, policy guidance, and initiatives to support the whole child, whole family, and whole community.
