About The Position

As a key member of the creative team, you’ll deliver high-quality digital design across paid media, social, email, events, web, and sales enablement. From concept through execution, you’ll create thoughtful, well-crafted work that balances brand integrity with experimentation. You bring a point of view, work independently, and collaborate easily with others. Requirements

  • You’re excited about design, art direction, and all things visual
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design rationale to both creative and non-creative partners
  • Collaborative, feedback-driven mindset to continue to iterate and improve
  • You are motivated to seek the information that you need to support your decision-making
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of digital design experience in an agency or in-house setting, with a strong online portfolio demonstrating work across digital marketing channels
  • Experience designing for performance marketing, including paid social or demand-generation campaigns, with an understanding of how creative supports testing and optimization
  • A range of creative & design capabilities. Conceptual thinking and the ability to execute with an understanding of motion design and animation
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and plugins (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Sora) to accelerate ideation, exploration, and production

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere, WordPress, or Unbounce is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-impact creative assets across paid media, social, email, web, events, and sales enablement to help support marketing initiatives.
  • Partner & collaborate with artists, copywriters, production, editorial, etc. to routinely create innovative and highly polished concepts and visual executions that fit within a brand look, tone, and feel.
  • Maintain brand consistency by refining visual identity templates and ensuring cohesive design standards across all channels and touchpoints to enable scale and consistency.
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate cross functionally with peers.
  • Ensure smooth hand-offs by maintaining organized, scalable design files that support team efficiency and collaboration.
  • Present and articulate design decisions clearly, incorporating feedback and staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Explore and apply emerging tools (including AI-powered workflows) to improve creative efficiency and ideation.
