Horizon Sports and Experiences (HS&E) includes the merger of Horizon Media's Scout Sports and Entertainment division and was created to provide a differentiated and comprehensive approach for clients engaging in sports and experiential marketing. With a fully-integrated service model, HS&E includes a core focus on IP creation and monetization, strategic advisory and consulting, media rights, sponsorship, sales, and experiential strategy and activation – transforming marketers' ability to more seamlessly and effectively leverage their brand assets, content, and engagement strategies to drive increased growth. In addition, given the transformative impact that Web3 and the metaverse are expected to have in both the sports and experiences arenas, Horizon Media's recently launched metaverse consultancy, Chapter & Verse, also resides under the expanded offerings of HS&E. What You’ll Do 75% - Design and Execution Act as the creative and design lead on all relevant projects and events, including but not limited to: Creation of dynamic mock-ups that translate promotional and experiential ideas into a realistic visual representation used for internal and external new business and existing client project development Design and creation of materials necessary for client projects, including signage, print/digital ads, marketing collateral, premiums, schematics, spatial graphics, light animation, etc. Collaboration with event, sales, strategy, and account teams to ensure creative execution across relevant projects Lead creative-specific communication and coordination between internal teams, and relevant vendors and partners Support Events team and Account teams in management and execution of all events and experiential campaigns including on-site creative supervision Development, evolution and maintenance of one consistent brand look and feel across all materials (Decks, sales materials, brand guidelines, website, social media, proposals, etc.) Includes creation of well-designed decks and case studies for business development team 15% - Strategy and Brainstorm Utilize creative and innovative thinking skills to develop marketing concepts and event activation strategies for clients and brand teams (pushing the envelope and thinking outside of the box), including participation in all brainstorms Help lead client presentations with the creative and/or events and account teams Communicate with the Associate Director to discuss: creative process, internal development and timelines. Continue to bolster Horizon’s creative offerings and portfolio with eye-catching design Confidence in presenting to colleagues and clients. 10% - Relationship Management Keep Manager/Supervisor updated on the status and timing of deliverables Engage and effectively interact with other Horizon departments, i.e., business solutions teams, WHY, OOH Uphold high standards when representing Horizon and our clients Provide the highest level of client service
