Our technicians work on cutting‑edge equipment and processes that directly enable next‑generation printing and manufacturing technologies. Role Summary This evergreen requisition is used to fill multiple Process Technician and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Technician positions. Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing electro‑mechanical subsystems such as motion stages, vacuum components, cooling systems, and opto‑mechanical assemblies. Experience designing and fabricating custom fixtures, brackets, and alignment tools using CAD software and basic machining (mill, lathe, 3D printing) Technicians in this role support semi‑automated manufacturing and R&D equipment and processes through a blend of process operation, troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. Depending on business need and individual skillset, technicians may focus more heavily on process execution or equipment maintenance, with opportunities to cross‑train and grow into blended roles.
