This is a unique opportunity to join the Lucas Museumâs Design department ahead of our opening in September 2026. Together with colleagues across the museum, the Design team brings brand strategy, visual identity, and ideas for exhibitions, programs, visitor experience, marketing, communications, retail, development, and membership to life. We are building a brand system that creates experiences, tells stories, expands conversations, and connects people to art and to one another. This is a fast-moving role for a designer who is digitally fluent, conceptually agile, and comfortable creating multiple directions in a high-growth start-up environment. Under the direction of the Director of Design, this designer will shape and execute how our brand shows up across digital campaigns, social platforms, motion-forward storytelling, live activations, branded merchandise, and both digital and print materials. We are looking for a multidisciplinary designer with a strong focus on digital brand, marketing and fluency in motion. This role requires exceptional visual design and typographic skills, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling, story-driven work across digital, print, packaging, interaction, and motion. A strong portfolio and proven professional experience are essential. We are looking for someone who is committed to excellence and accuracy in execution, and who can build strong, collaborative relationships across departments.
