About The Position

Our team includes architects, project managers, construction managers, planners, community specialists, information technology experts, and other professionals. We are seeking a passionate and well-rounded Architectural Designer with 2-4 years of postgraduate experience and a degree in architecture. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects focused on reusing, rehabilitating, and modernizing existing structures. You will be involved in all aspects of project design and delivery, including conducting field surveys, developing design concepts, creating presentation materials, preparing construction documents, and assisting with construction administration. As part of our collaborative office culture, you will work closely with principals, project managers, designers, and other team members through regular meetings and one-on-one discussions. Jones Payne provides a salary range of $58,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience, and offers comprehensive benefits promoting financial, personal, professional, and community wellness. Requirements

  • A professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and experience supporting projects from design development to construction administration.
  • Ability to travel via car and/or airplane throughout the United States for varying durations, from one day to two weeks.
