About The Position

TJP Consumer is growing and design is leading the charge! As TJP’s consumer business enters a new growth phase, Design becomes the key differentiator in both client retention and new client acquisition. And so, we're seeking a mid-level brand and packaging designer to join our Creative team. As a Designer on the Consumer business, you will not only enhance the polish and power of our current work, but you will make an impact every single day as an essential member of the Art/Design team. About TJP Agency TJP is a strategic and creative partner built to help brands navigate complexity and drive real-world results. Our business is intentionally structured across two distinct practices: TJP Access serves as a strategic partner to life science and healthcare brands. We help close the gap between access and action so more patients can connect with the therapies they need. Our work spans market access strategy, patient program optimization, field enablement, strategy-informed creative, and digital integration—bringing clarity and consistent solutions to the moments that matter most. TJP Consumer combines strategy, design, and creative execution to solve real brand problems and deliver measurable results. As an extension of our clients’ teams, we help sharpen their story, elevate their design, and launch with purpose. From brand refreshes and product launches to breakthrough packaging and promotion, our work is grounded in insight, focused on impact, and built to perform. Different audiences. Different pressures. One standard: work grounded in smart thinking and built to perform. About the Role As a designer at TJP, you’ll design standout creative on packaging, branding, and campaigns– this is an essential, hands-on design role.
