About The Position
Walls to Finishes is a fast-growing interior finishes and construction company headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. We take pride in our reputation for exceeding industry standards when it comes to designing, supplying, and installing high quality materials in residential and commercial locations in all of Arizona. As a Designer on our incredible team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various design-related duties. This includes staying current on residential design trends and market tendencies, which is essential for providing our clients with the best options available. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining showroom product inventory, ensuring that our displays are always up-to-date and reflective of the latest trends. In addition to inventory management, you will schedule and attend client meetings to determine their design and budgetary needs. This requires clear communication skills and the ability to understand and interpret client requirements effectively. You will also ensure the accurate and timely completion of documentation for material orders, which is critical for maintaining our operational efficiency. Coordination with the sales management team will be necessary to ensure accurate pricing and product selection, as well as identifying and managing any project risks or issues that may arise during the design process. Providing project status updates and reports to senior management will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
