About The Position

An expert in print & digital graphic design. Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and producing innovative and impactful marketing materials across mediums. This position is hybrid reporting into the corporate office on Tuesdays and Weds of each week. Requirements

• Bachelors degree or related graphics arts degree with strong design portfolio
• 5+ years graphic design experience
• Proficient and strong hands-on working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) - MAC environment
• Experience in Adobe Acrobat and Figma preferred
• Experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes, designs and produces digital materials including emails, web banners, etc.
• Additionally, conceptualize designs and produce appealing and compelling print materials including direct mail, etc.
• Develops innovative concepts and approaches to the design of digital, print, and video marketing materials.
• Drives new approaches to design challenges.
• Responsible for ensuring all materials fit within the requirements of the assignment at hand as well as the overarching brand positioning, tone, look & feel and meet the goals of clear communication hierarchy of the messaging - always keeping the customer at the center of their design work.
• Troubleshoots and provides innovative solutions to design and production issues to ensure that all pieces are high quality.
