About The Position
Newmark Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in New York, NY. This role is pivotal in designing all business development and property marketing collateral from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a drive for excellence, an enthusiastic nature, and a keen eye for detail. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching and effective marketing materials that support new business pursuits and property marketing. This includes a variety of deliverables such as presentations, websites, email campaigns, brochures, signage, and event materials. In this position, you will collaborate closely with sales professionals and our marketing and real estate teams to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with business goals. You will provide guidance and creative input on projects, ensuring that all marketing materials effectively communicate the intended message. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to reposition assets and rebrand properties through logo development, color palettes, typography, and other design concepts that tell a compelling story. Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor marketing materials will be essential to inform and improve your design strategies. The role requires managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while maintaining a high standard of quality in your work. This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with additional compensation opportunities such as discretionary bonuses and other incentives.
