About The Position
REICO Kitchen and Bath is seeking a talented kitchen and bath designer and sales professional for our Annapolis showroom. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, plumbing, and/or interior design. This role requires generating sales leads, assisting customers who walk into the showroom, and managing retail projects from the initial contact through design and billing. The designer will collaborate closely with contractors and builders, utilize design software such as 2020/CAD, order products, schedule deliveries, and maintain effective communication with customers. The goal is to sell fixtures and accessories while ensuring a positive customer experience, all while earning commissions and building a successful business. In this fast-paced environment, the designer will be expected to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Strong sales experience, particularly in cold calling, is essential. The candidate should have exceptional customer service skills, account management experience, and the ability to focus on tasks while putting in extra effort when necessary. A positive attitude and strong attention to detail are crucial, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable transportation is required for travel to client sites and other REICO locations.
