About The Position

The Designer, Global Brand Creative, is responsible for partnering with the Senior Designer and Art Director to bring a cohesive vision to life across multiple touch points. They are an expert in typography and design aesthetics and love to have their pulse on current industry and design trends. This person understands the power of design as communication and has the ability to craft emotional connections with consumers through well-crafted design.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of design experience
  • BA Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Open minded problem solver with the ability to articulate creative concepts & design solutions
  • Strong understanding of design as a vehicle for communication
  • Strong background incorporate presentation design
  • Exceptional layout and visual storytelling abilities
  • Ability and confidence to collaborate directly with executive leadership and cross functional departments
  • Ability to achieve business objectives through design
  • Ability to sell ideas via strong presentation skills, collaboration, and feedback
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Keynote and PowerPoint
  • Positive contributor in a we vs. me environment
  • Accountability for creative output
  • Vulnerability to ask for help when needed
  • Makes informed decisions based on consumer insights and analytics
  • Willing to implement feedback and push the work from concept to completion

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Art Director and Senior Designer to push concepts from ideas to execution
  • Iterate and explore design solutions under the guidance of category team lead to get to the best solution
  • Build cross-functional relationships to grow a healthy and collaborative environment
  • Uphold creative excellence on all projects big or small
  • Effectively communicate and present creative ideas and design rationale
  • Partner with creative operations to ensure execution against creative briefs, creative review process, and deadlines
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets while bringing fresh, innovative ideas
  • Be a contributing team member of best-in-class creatives
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, design tools and industry best practices
  • Develop a rolodex of creative partners, leveraging in projects when needed to expand on creative thinking and development
  • Collaborate with curiosity and enthusiasm to actively foster a team culture that values big ideas, continuous learning, and mutual development
  • Contribute to the still and motion creation process from creative strategy to post production
  • Participate in photo shoots to gain insights from senior creative leaders and take on directing responsibilities as needed
