GENERAL PURPOSE The Designer, Interiors is responsible for designing branded environments that deliver world class experiences for all MillerKnoll brands, including Herman Miller and Knoll. The Designer helps to realize the design strategy and creative development with working with Design Directors and Senior Managers, and visually and verbally communicate those strategies to internal stakeholders. This role will develop designs from concept to completion, ensuring that they reflect a deep understanding of MillerKnoll products, planning principles, and brand experience standards. In addition, the Designer will bring an awareness of contemporary and historical design, workplace trends, and sustainable design principles. The role works in collaboration with other teams including Architecture, Innovation, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, IT, and other internal teams, as well as external design resources as required by project. The Designer reports to the Design Director, Interiors.
