About The Position

Marcom is the creatively led global team that oversees Apple's consumer-facing marketing. We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all media and platforms. Every day, hundreds of millions of Apple customers around the world interact with our work. We drive the strategy and creative work that provide customers with simple, engaging, and inspiring marketing experiences. The Interactive Experiences group is part of Apple Marcom and shapes how people discover, shop, and experience Apple products and services - across apple.com, the Apple Store app, our stores, and with our channel partners. We partner with teams across the company to create outstanding commerce experiences and deliver them at scale. Our goal is to design journeys that feel effortless, connect on a human level, and are unmistakably Apple. You'll design interactive experiences that help customers choose, configure, and purchase Apple products and services. These experiences flow from discovery through checkout and keep customers connected with Apple after purchase. Working closely with Art Directors, you'll craft thoughtful, high-quality designs to guide customers with ease, giving them confidence in their choices. You'll join a team that values collaboration and attention to detail, and is committed to making every interaction feel natural and human. Requirements

  • Experience designing within a large-scale design system or pattern library.
  • Strong experience partnering with UX, copywriting, development, and production teams.
  • Experience with motion and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Keynote, After Effects).
  • Awareness of front-end web and mobile development (HTML, CSS, iOS).
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently and on time, iterating quickly and incorporating feedback.

  • Design interactive experiences that help customers choose, configure, and purchase Apple products and services.
  • Craft thoughtful, high-quality designs in collaboration with Art Directors.
  • Ensure designs flow seamlessly from discovery through checkout and maintain customer connection post-purchase.
  • Articulate design decisions and rationale to various partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with UX, copywriting, development, and production teams to create outstanding commerce experiences.
