About The Position

KTGY's Designer fills an important role as part of the design team. Designers captain the development of conceptual design and entitlement sets, coordinate with other team members as needed for feedback and direction, and participate in the aesthetic development of projects, crafting memorable places that enhance people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Consistently hones skills and develops creative design solutions that satisfy project criteria while bringing a building design to life.
• Masters internal workflow, order, timeline and tasks to reach project milestones effectively and efficiently.
• Works in synchrony with Project Designers and Senior Designers to support the advancement of the design quality in projects.
• Works to become a trusted team resource for all things related to the 'front end' entitlement design phase.
• Develops expertise in connecting with clients and consultants for the benefit of the project.
