As a Designer on the Engagement team, you will design experiences that engage and delight. With an established understanding of storytelling and customer journeys, you craft creative that strengthens connections and builds loyalty. Your passion for engagement and retention strategies drives you to learn, adapt, and contribute to impactful campaigns. You will work at the heart of the action, collaborating closely with the Design Lead, creative team, and stakeholders. Your primary mission will be to design, test and optimize within the CRM channel, as well as provide production design support.
