About The Position

The Designer I reports to the Designer III, Project Architect, Project Captain, or Project Manager and receives specific and detailed instructions to produce contract and presentation documents.

Requirements

• Strong and versatile building design and presentation skills.
• Proficient in current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio or Form-Z, Photoshop, PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• Recent graduate to 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support staff with presentations, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Correct and update drawings and assist project teams and other staff members as required.
• Perform elementary architectural assignments.
• Prepare architectural plans/renderings.
• Inspect architectural features of structures in the field.
